The CXO Program is IG Trading Group's flagship campus-to- career pipeline — built to identify high-potential final-year students, develop them through a 6-month structured program, & offer the top 5 performers a full-time role as future business leaders.

50 candidates are shortlisted → 10 join the first 3-month development program
