To recruit high-potential final-year university students who demonstrate ambition, learning mindset, communication skills, and leadership potential.
To offer real work experience through business projects, department exposure, field learning, and professional mentorship.
To develop top candidates for long-term company careers as future executives, supervisors, and leaders.
We will shortlist 50 candidates, select 10 participants for the first three-month development program, and then identify the top five performers for the advanced three-month program to prepare them as future talents and potential successors.
